Incoloy 825 flanges (UNS N08825) are high-performance nickel-iron-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy components offering exceptional corrosion resistance in aggressive chemical and offshore environments.

Featuring 38-46% Ni, 19.5-23.5% Cr, 2.5-3.5% Mo, and 1.5-3% Cu, they provide tensile strength ?655 MPa, yield ?310 MPa, and superior pitting/crevice resistance (PREN ~31), stable from cryogenic to 540°C with excellent weldability.

Per ASTM B564/ASME SB564, available as weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded, and lap joint in sizes ½"–60" NB, classes 150#–2500#, PN6–PN64, with RF/FF/RTJ faces to ANSI B16.5/B16.47. Sample Class 150# dimensions: 1" flange OD 108mm, thickness 12.7mm, 4 bolts at 15.9mm holes; 4" OD 229mm, thickness 19mm, 8 bolts.
