Incoloy 800 Round Bar

Incoloy 800 round bars (UNS N08800) are nickel-iron-chromium alloy bars renowned for high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance in harsh industrial settings.?

These bars offer tensile strength of ?520 MPa, yield strength ?205 MPa, 30% elongation, density of 7.94 g/cm³, and melting range 1357–1385°C, with excellent oxidation and carburization resistance up to 816°C. They remain non-magnetic (permeability ~1.014) and handle thermal cycling well, distinguishing from higher-creep variants like 800H/800HT.

Available in diameters 3–300mm, lengths up to 6m, hot/cold finished, peeled, or annealed per ASTM B408/ASME SB408 standards. Chemical makeup includes 30–35% Ni, 19–23% Cr, ?0.1% C, plus Al/Ti for stability.

Used in heat-treatment furnaces, chemical reactors, power plant superheaters, and nitric acid handling for durable shafts, springs, and structural parts.
