Incoloy 800 flanges (UNS N08800, Alloy 800) are nickel-iron-chromium components renowned for high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance in harsh environments.

With 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and additions of aluminum/titanium, these flanges offer tensile strength of 520 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and 30% elongation, plus density of 7.94 g/cm³ and melting point of 1385°C. They resist oxidation, carburization, and nitriding up to 1100°C, with good creep-rupture properties in sulfurous or acidic atmospheres.

Manufactured to ASTM B564/ASME SB564 standards, available as weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, or threaded types in sizes ½”–36” NB and classes 150#–2500# (PN6–PN64), per ANSI/ASME B16.5 dimensions with RF, FF, or RTJ faces. Variants like 800H/800HT provide enhanced stability for prolonged heat exposure.
